Summary: Exceptional hotel and service. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel is elegant, very well maintained, and the room was spotless and comfortable, with excellent bed quality. The breakfast and overall dining experience were also outstanding. The location in San Isidro is excellent — a quiet, primarily residential neighborhood with tree-lined, clean, and safe streets. It offers easy access to Miraflores and Barranco (more lively areas with great dining options) as well as to Lima’s main attractions. A truly excellent stay, and we would gladly return.

Summary: "Top-notch hotel! The facilities are excellent, but the service truly steals the show. Sergio, Alejandra , jordans 👏👏 The breakfast spread is fantastic (10/10!)—it even includes local Peruvian dishes and Thai chicken. The pools and the on-site bar are a major highlight. I also loved the gym and massage services. Being able to book the golf simulator for an extra fee is a nice touch. Plus, the location in San Isidro is a huge variable now; it's known as one of the safest districts in Lima!
